In order to receive support of any kind, you must submit a support ticket. We cannot accept support requests via telephone or email. Tickets can be submitted and viewed 24/7 and will be handled in both the order of submission and severity of the issue.
The presentation of courses are at the sole discretion of the instructor. The instructor reserves the right to cancel any live course at any time for any reason. In the event of a course cancellation, all those who have paid will receive a refund in full.
